Glitter Raphsody {Chanel}

This dreamy makeup look created for the Chanel Spring 2014 show makes me want to recreate this look for a special function. Makeup artist Peter Philips used hologram sequins in different sizes to get the under eye look.  I think its absolutely dreamy and gorgeous!
