With summer right at our doorstep {yes its +34 degrees today} the ethnic theme really captures the spirit of holiday summer traveling in cities like Africa, Bali, Bogota, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Manila, Mexico City, Milan, Mumbai and New York.
Having said that I discovered Shop Latitude, is an e-commerce site created by former VP Alisa Ng at Morgan Stanley's (the global financial firm) fixed income division in NY and Hong Kong. Alisa developed this idea during a trip to Asia in 2009. This site gathers a very ethnic-chic group of items from selected artisans and up coming designers from around the world from fashion to accessories and you can shop by destination or product.
